Saraya Alsalt Mall Project
Project location
The project is located on plot No.308 Basin (40 North Cypress) of Salt lands, located at the main intersection linking the Amman-Salt main road with Ain Al- Basha Road.
Project objective
The aim of establishing this multi-use project in the Al Saru area – Salt is to develop the area in general and make it a tourist, residential and commercial attraction point, considered the first of its kind in the Salt area in particular and in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in general, by providing a residential tower with a distinguished level and services in addition to providing two towers, one of which is a hotel with a classification4 stars and the other hotel apartments, both of which are managed by a global operator, Hilton, in addition to providing a commercial center that contains many distinctive brands of shops, entertainment areas for the family, cinemas and various restaurants, in order to serve the surrounding areas and provide them with all the services and modern entertainment means that they need, in addition to providing job opportunities and a high income for the Salt region and its municipality in particular and the surrounding areas in general, as it will provide more than 5,000 job opportunities in addition to providing the Salt Municipality with financial amounts through professional licenses for shops and rented commercial spaces.
Project components
The project is a multi-use building divided vertically into three main parts.:
1. Parking spaces -Parking :
Three settlements allocated for parking and services – electromechanical – with a total area of approximately 73,035 m² in addition to external parking spaces according to the following tables:

2. Podium
It consists of the commercial center, service floors, and spaces belonging to the three towers, with an approximate total area of 84,723m²:

3. Horoscopes :
The project includes three towers:
- Hotel Tower – Tower ((A and operated by Messr Hilton under the Double Tree by Hilton brand Consisting of (10) Floors above the roof of the mall, containing various hotel rooms and different services: restaurants, meeting rooms, a health club, and a swimming pool, with various spaces and a distinctive design to serve the different tastes of guests, according to the following table:

Official Project Approvals :
- Approval was obtained to change the use of the project land from agricultural to central commercial, with special provisio
- Initial approval for the designs has been obtained from the Ministry of Municipal Affair
- Initial approval for the designs was obtained from the Greater Salt Municipali
- Approval of the Jordanian Geologists Syndicate was obtained.
- Approval from the Ministry of Environment has been obtained.
- Approval from the Department of Antiquities has been obtained.
- The electricity company has been contacted regarding the provision of electrical power for the project. Negotiations regarding the location of the project’s main station have been completed. Work is currently underway to obtain final approvals from the electricity company in this regar
- Zero-rate tax exemptions were obtained according to the Cabinet decision and for a period of (6) Years.
Design and Consulting Services Contracts:
- Al Nasser & Partners Consulting Engineers has been contracted to provide design and supervision services for the project. Initial designs have been developed and the necessary approvals have been obtained from the relevant municipalities and department Work is currently underway to develop the project’s engineering plans with the aim of obtaining final approvals.
- The consultant’s office was contracted for engineeri engicon To conduct a traffic study for the project, which was approved by the Ministry of Housing. The consultant provided the necessary recommendations to the owner and designer, and these were sent to the Salt Municipality.
- Al-Shamil Engineering Office was contracted to conduct an environmental impact study for the projec A workshop was held with representatives of relevant government departments in attendance. The study was submitted to the Ministry of Environment and the necessary approvals were obtained.

Lease Contracts and Memoranda of Understanding:
- An operation and management contract for the hotel tower (the tower) was signed. (A) Hotel, Hotel apartments (B) and apartment for sale (C) by Hilton with an international operator, “Hilton Company”, to operate the project through their brand “DoubleTree by Hilton”.
- Work is currently underway to sign a memorandum of understanding to operate the cinema area with Mes Prime Cinema “For an approximate area (3750 m²)
- A memorandum of understanding was signed with Galaxy Park To operate the family entertainment area, which is estimated at (4650 m²)
- A memorandum of understanding was signed with Mess Carrefour – Carrefour” to operate the Hyper market with an approximate area of (3800 m²) and cancelled recently due to completion of work in Jordan and we are looking for new partner
- A memorandum of understanding with a group specialized in owning a group of international brands in the field of clothing and accessories, namely “Mahmoud Al-Bash Group of Companies,” to rent an area of approximately (3300 m²)
